Due to the intense fluctuation of band-members the performances by PISSOFF\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cspan\u003ewere characterized by continously changing participants and variations of the involved\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cspan\u003eequipment: cello, violin, clarinet, tenor saxophone, flute, vocals, electric guitar, electric bass\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cspan\u003eguitar, organ and drums.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cspan\u003eIn 1968 PISSOFF performed together with JOSEPH BEUYS who was professor of sculpture at the\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cspan\u003eArt Academy at that time. During this incomparable audiovisual interaction Joseph Beuys staged\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cspan\u003ehis HANDAKTION: in concentrated manner he moved his hands in front of his head while\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cspan\u003elistening and visually reacting to the very loud and abstract staccato-rhythms by PISSOFF. The\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cspan\u003eevent was recorded by Eberhard Kranemann on a Telefunken mono-tape-recorder and remains\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cspan\u003ethe only existing audio-material by PISSOFF until today. On that night Eberhard played cello,\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cspan\u003eclarinet and tenor saxophone while the other members added sounds by electric guitar, electric\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cspan\u003ebass and drums.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cspan\u003eEarliest musical experimentations that can be defined as the origins of the band Kraftwerk\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cspan\u003ealready started in 1967 by Eberhard Kranemann and Florian Schneider-Esleben.
