Amph - Control LP

After a few years of silence Amph return with their first full length LP for Verlautbarung. As ever a slow dissonance and growing tension formed by the use and abuse of magnetic tape. Suggestive backward pulses, cumulative sound-rustle and overlapping psychedelic looping are the main ingredients. Despite the occational hissy and rumbling nature of these recordings this is a fairly fine-tuned album, slightly less chaotic with a clear flow overall, but with the stirring sense of compositional skill intact. Edition of 223 copies in printed color sleeves with burnt detail.
