A "Tape Morditorium" is like an Auditorium for only magnethophonic tapes.
I imagine this quite a lot. Editing, cutting, experimenting, recording in an imaginary studio-auditorium that has all this big and great machinery, enormous speakers, several reel to reel tapes, in which all the tape lovers can submerge, play and also make concerts with a full audience. Only with tapes, not digital machinery involved. The "players" are supposed to manipulate the sound in order to sculpt natural places that enter into the brains of the audience.

When I woke from this dreamy idea, I looked at the machinery I got at home: distorted speakers, chewed tapes, raw instruments, noisy cables. Feel a little sad about this. But as minutes pass and I get into the experience of the real stuff I always get lost and static in the pure experience. I realize I love my real Morditorium. I travel with this machinery several times through nature, space and time with the tapes I play in this concrete world..
