Marios Moras - Non Living Nature: Compositions for Dictaphone CS

"In 2020, I bought a used Sanyo M-5799 dictaphone, from the internet. The dictaphone arrived with a mini cassette. When I played the tape, there was a recording from the previous owner. He was testing the recorder, to see if it was functional, but at some point he recorded the words "... Less to be, not to be". This "messege" from this old man stood out to me like he wanted me to listen his advice or his existential fears" 

This album is dedicated to this man, to the concept of "the end of humanitarianism" and the "rise of the machine".

Marios Moras is a member of Τhe Hellenic Electroacoustic Music Composers Association (HELMCA). He is one of the founders of Moremars label. Non Living Nature is his first solo album.
