Twentieth century experimentalist R4 returns with a two-disc set of ambient noise fomented by 21st century world events. "Repulser" was recorded between July 2022 and January 2023 by Barry D. Scheffel with mastering by Devin Howe. The double-disc version of "Repulser" features a longform tracks ("Reticence") not available for download or streaming.
